1. The PACCON 2018 ,
ICC Hat Yai, Hat Yai, Songkhla. Opening times are as follows:
Tuesday, February 6 at 4.00 – 6.30 pm
Wednesday, February 7 at 7.30 am – 2.00 pm
Thursday, February 8 at 8.00 am – 4.00 pm
Friday, February 9 at 8.00 am – 12.00 pm
2. Registration will be in numerical order according to
(International and Thai participants) as shown in the Confirmation Letter.
3. Upon registration at the desk, you will receive your badge, receipt and conference materials.
To facilitate the process please bring with you your registration confirmation.
4. In case of issuing the new receipt (misspelling name/address or any incorrect information),
the fee of 100 Baht for Thai participants or 4 USD for foreigner participants will be charged per receipt.

- Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card.
- All the transaction charges associated with payment (by bank transfer or by credit card) are responsibility of the participant.
- Any fees deducted on our end must paid in cash upon registration.
- All on-site payments to the conference must be made in cash.

- Access to all scientific sessions
- Welcome reception on Wednesday evening
- Coffee breaks and lunches
If circumstances or policies in your organization change and you can no longer attend PACCON Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to PACCON Conference Organizer.
The PACCON Conference 2018 refund policy is as follows:
- All cancellations received 50% refund of registration fee minus administration charge.
- All cancellations received no refunds.
Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
In case of issuing new receipt instead of the issued one (name or address change), the fee of 100 Baht for Thai participants or 4 USD for participants outside Thailand will be charged per receipt.
